Thanks to The Local for featuring an article on our brand transformation.
Lambton & New Lambton Local is a monthly community newspaper home delivered to more than 9500 homes across the Lambton, New Lambton, New Lambton Heights.
Since its inception in 1988, Kelly’s has grown organically over time to provide an increased range of loan services, which meant the business name is no longer completely aligned with what the business was actually doing.
Speaking to our clients, we realised that many of them are not aware that we had widened our loan service offering. Thus, we decided to undergo a full rebrand to inform our clients and the wider marketplace the range of our finance services.
The key focus for the Kelly’s team is to make what can be a complex undertaking, in securing finance with banks and finance companies, – whether business or personal – a much easier process.
While on the process of rebranding, we at Kelly’s were seeking feedbacks from our clients to know what kept them coming back and we were honoured to learn that the common denominator was that we make things simpler and quicker.
“It’s clear that we’ve established and maintained high levels of personalised client service – now it’s time to ensure everyone knows exactly what it is we can do for them,” Kelly’s director David Ward said.
